Transfer Printing

The future is now

With the use of water-based heat transfers, we can now print millions of colors to reproduce

any logo no matter how complex is it.

Our factory is equipped with the latest machinery in the market to provide you the

best result.

Why choose water-based heat transfers?

Our water-based ink has a super soft velvet-like feel that stretches and rebounds

unlike any other.

Water-based transfers are also a lightweight alternative to traditional screen printing.

They are an ideal way to print complex, multicolor designs on apparel, hats, tote bag,

and any fabric material you want. Another big advantage of water-based transfer

printing is that this process allows us to provide you with high-quality, eco-friendly

prints on practically any material. Additionally, water-based heat transfers are PVC

free, so you can feel good about wearing an eco-friendly print.

Also is the most durable in a washing machine than any other screen print or transfer.

After all, it's not accidental that our customers such as (DIESEL, NORTH FACE,

MOSCHINO, LEE, VANS, NIKE, etc.)

prefers more and more water-based transfers.

  • rebound.

Direct to Fabric (DTF- inkjet printers

Direct-to-fabric is a relatively new technology that emerged in the 90s. It became

commercially available in 2005 but has only recently become an available alternative

to traditional production methods, but is still only offered by a handful of

t-shirt printers. As the name implies, direct-to-fabric uses ink to print directly on

the fabric or item of your choice. It goes straight into the fibers of the fabric, meaning

you don’t feel the design or ink when you touch it.                                                                                                                                                                    Types of Direct-to-Fabric

Direct to Fabric includes different types of ink for different fabrics

  • Pigment works on cotton and natural fabrics and requires post-treatment heat

  • Reactive inks do best on cotton, linen, rayon, nylon, and other cellulose materials.

  • Acid ink creates ionic (anionic, negatively charged)or electrostatic bonds with textiles such as silk, wool, and nylon.

  • Disperse  ink is used on polyester, acetate rayon, poly-Lycra®, and acrylics and require post-treatment heat

can provide both a tactile effect and an unparalleled high-quality finish. Whether your application is cutting

unique and fine detailed shapes out of polyester, or engraving on a wide variety of other materials.

Laser-cut textiles have many advantages over other types of materials, with laser one of the most efficient and
